FAQ

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. In My Own Skin Boutique items are custom made. 

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Please note: In My Own Skin is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 

Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

T-Shirts, hats and journals are shipped from different facilities. They will be shipped separately. 

All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.

Effective August 2020: Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you!

All items that are listed on the website are currently in stock. Limited edition t-shirts and one day sale color combos are not guaranteed to restock.
